RETURNS:

You can return any refundable items within 7 days of the order being delivered. We will NOT accept any returns after 7 days, regardless of the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be packaged safely for return.

We will not accept any returns on custom orders unless the item has been damaged and/or is faulty.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow for a few days for the funds to reflect.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email (info@wolfdesign.co.za). 

SHIPPING:

To return your product, use the address: 62 Winnipeg Street, Raceview, Alberton, 1449.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on address of delivery/shipping, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
